     Realty3 offers very generous commission splits that escalate based on production with no annual roll-back to starting percentages.  Our splits include a host of business and marketing services for which our agents pay nothing including business cards, sign installation, marketing materials, personalized e-Presentations and so much more! We have no desk fees or tech fees that erode or diminish the split that you receive either. 

     We practice a "bottom-up" management style - through agent workgroups, our policies and procedures are discussed, debated, designed and crafted by the agents of the firm.  Their recommendations and work product are forwarded to the partners for approval and implementation.  There are no 'corporate or management' dictates.  The culture of Realty3 is inventive, creative, collaborative and solution-based.  We embrace new concepts and initiatives that will provide our agents with a distinctly competitive edge.
